  • Shipping and Delivery
    We charge a flat rate that can be calculated when you checkout. We have a processing time of 3 days before shipping to customer's location. Delivery takes about 3 - 5 business days within Nigeria. Typically items are delivered to your doorstep but depending on your location, some items have to be picked up from the nearest delivery center closest to you. In those locations, if you do require a doorstep delivery, it can be arranged but additional charges will be applicable. Prior to placing your order kindly confirm by sending an email with your full name and delivery location to ask@thewoxshop.com or a WhatsApp message to +234-9095635326 to know if your location has a doorstep delivery option.   • Part of my order is missing. Company sent the wrong item
    We sincerely apologise for this. Kindly send an email with your order number and full name to ask@thewoxshop.com or a WhatsApp message to +234-9095635326 and we will revert within 48 hours to manage the issue.
  • Our Returns/ Exchange Policy?
    You have 2 days (48 hours) to notify us of your intent to return the items and provide us with tracking details of the returned item. After 3 days, unfortunately we will be unable to treat cases for returns nor offer an exchange. We encourage all our customers to use the shoe sizing guide to confirm their shoe sizes before placing their orders as we do not accept exchanges for certain products if the customer has submitted a wrong size.   • Production Time VS Processing Time
    Most of our products are handcrafted and made only on request. To ensure quality control, we need to make sure your order has no fault. Production time may take up to 8 business days for some shoe designs while some are readily avaible. Please ensure to check the production time for each product before placing an order. Processing time for readily available product is 3-5 days depending on the delivery location of the customer. This period is when we source for the best and fastest delivery option to use before they are ready to be shipped to the customer. For best quality service and assurance, reach out to us on WhatsApp or give us a phone call.
  • Restock Request
    "I’ve found the sneakers I want but it is Out of Stock / Sold Out" Unfortunately that product might currently be out of stock but you can request a Restock by viewing the product and then click on the "Notify When Available" button. Your request to restock will be duely noticed and updates will be made available to you once the item is back in stock.
  • Can I change the address on my order after it has been shipped?
    You can track your order and deliveries using the tracking information sent to you. You can change the delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order but unfortunately after that, you cannot change the delivery address. The item will be delivered to the specified location and in order to get it delivered to a new location, the customer can choose to take care of that responsibility. Footwox can also help customers have the item reshipped to the new address at a new shipping cost. Do note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees if necessary and the additional shipping fees to send to the new address.
  • How do I place an order?
    Browse our collection and select your desired items. Choose your size, colour and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with your order number and delivery time.
  • Is it safe to order online?
    Yes it is. We encourage all our customers to place their orders online for speedy order fulfilment. On our payment platform, we utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your personal details. The information you share when passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. If you're not confident making an online payment, you can always do a cash deposit or online transfer into our Footwox bank accounts. For all cash deposits / online transfers, you must send a proof of payment with your order number and full name to footwox@gmail.com for payment verification.
  • Which methods of payments can I use?
    We currently have two methods of payment. We accept payment through Paystack and also by online transfer into our Footwox bank accounts. For all online transfers, you must send a proof of payment with your order number and full name to footwox@gmail.com for payment verification. You can also send us a message on our WhatsApp lines.   • Has my order been sent yet? How do I track my order?
    Once payment is verified, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address immediately [ Please ensure that your email address is valid]. Upon confirmation, the item will be shipped out to your prefered location. Once the item has been shipped and processed by the courier company, you will automatically receive tracking information to enable you track your order.
  • Gift Card Terms and Conditions
    Purchase and Redemption: Gift cards can be purchased directly through the Wox Collections website which is https://www.thewoxshop.com/gift-card. They can be redeemed for any products available on our website. Validity: Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any unused balance will be forfeited. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They can only be used for purchases at Footwox Collections. Safeguarding: Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so keep them safe! Balance Inquiry: You can check your gift card balance any time on our website. Modification and Cancellation: Wox Collections reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. However, such changes will not affect gift cards purchased prior to the modification. Acceptance: By purchasing or using a Wox Collections gift card, you accept these terms and conditions.
